Seeking Inside Sales Talent – Fully Remote
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, building relationships, and generating sales. You will work closely with the sales and operations team to identify new opportunities and ensure the growth of our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively contact and engage with prospects via phone, email, and other communication platforms
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify customer needs and provide informed information
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of potential sales opportunities
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales target
- Collaborate with the sales and operations team to support lead generation efforts
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions, concerns, and inquiries
- Track and report on sales activity, using CRM software to maintain accurate records
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Results-driven with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in renewable energy
- Previous experience in B2B/B2C sales
