As a Community Solar Field Client Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for clients. This role requires extensive travel, as you will be on the road 100% of the time, visiting clients providing hands-on support and clarity about community solar. Your strong client service experience (agricultural and energy sectors a PLUS) will be essential in maintaining positive relationships and ensuring the success of our community solar projects.
We are looking for someone who can maintain composure and professionalism in challenging or high-pressure situations. The ideal candidate should be resilient and capable of handling constructive feedback, differing opinions, and potentially difficult interactions while staying focused on achieving positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:Â Develop and maintain strong and positive relationships with clients addressing their concerns, answer questions, and provide solutions to enhance their experience.
- Problem Solving:Â Identify and resolve any issues to ensure timely and effective solutions.
- Reporting and documentation:Â document all client interactions, site visits, and issues. Be prepared to deliver reports to management. This requires organizational skills and a high sense of urgency.
- Travel:Â Must be comfortable with extensive travel, spending 100% of the time on the road visiting clients.

Schedule:
This is a full-time position that will require travel daily throughout the state of Illinois for in person visits with clients.

- Pay: From $75,000 to $85,000 depending on experience and skills
- Shift: Day shift & rotating shift
- Weekly day range: Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
- Experience: Customer service: 5 years (Preferred)
- Willingness to travel: 100% (Required)
- Work Location: On the road
